A small home studio runs on mutual respect. These are the house rules that keep every appointment calm, private and on time.

Studio & Bathroom
- The studio is a family home — please respect the space.
- Bathroom access cannot be provided. Please go before arriving.
- No smoking on the premises.

Food, Drink & Environment
- Minimal food and drinks allowed — avoid spills. Snacks and drinks may be provided.
- Silent appointments available on request. Netflix and moderate music otherwise.
- No shouting and no filming. Keep noise low.

Timing
- Appointments take 1 to 3 hours. Please respect this so I can give you my best.
- 10 minutes late = £5 fee. 30 minutes late = appointment cancelled, deposit lost.
- Any 'out of hours' fee is £5.

Deposits & Cancellation
- £10 deposit required per person to book. Deposit goes towards your final total.
- Deposits are refundable only with 48+ hours cancellation notice.
- If you Reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment only once. A new booking will have to be made with a new deposit if you are then not able to make the first rescheduled appointment.
- If fees are unpaid where applicable, future bookings will not be accepted.

Removals
- A removal fee is £10 for any of my own work.
- A soak off fee for any other foreign work is £15.
- I do not infill third-party sets, a soak off will be needed, please add this service into your booking.
